We believe in full transparency with our price’s we have listed examples of our fee’s and services that are included. - Fortnightly payroll is £17.5 plus £3.60 for each employee’s processed payment or £2.50 with no pension.

Payroll
- All data entry amendments.
- Process of Statutory Payments, Sick Pay/ Maternity/Paternity/Adoption.
- Process of Attachment of Earnings Orders.
- Update employee tax codes issued by HMRC.
- Each pay period file online to HM Revenue & Customs Full Payments Submission and Employers Payment Summary.
- Process of new employees and leavers.
- E- Mail of PDF payslips and payroll summary reports including Tax and National Insurance liabilities.
- E-mail of PDF P60 Employee End of Year Certificate.
Pension
- Each pay period generate and upload CSV enrolment file to pension provider.
- Each pay period generate and upload CSV contribution file to pension provider.
- Process Opt-outs and Opt-in notifications received.
- Continually asses your workforce each pay period for employees who will need to be automatically enrolled.
- Monitor the age and earnings of all staff, and any new staff joining.
- Keep and maintain accurate records.
- Issue appropriate Eligible Jobholders, Non Eligible jobholders, Entitled workers and postponement letter for new
employees and current employees.
- Every 3 years re-enrol eligible employees into the pension scheme.
- Every 3 years complete re-declaration of compliance.

Processing fees £130.00 per annum

Fees include:
- 12 Full Payment Submissions including End of Year Declaration to HM Revenue & Customs
- E-Mail at the end of the tax year of PDF P60 Employer End of Year Certificates
The following payroll reports will be emailed to you at the beginning of each tax year or first monthly payroll.
- Employee Pay Details showing net salary payments due to each director for each month of the tax year
- PDF payslips for each director
- Form P32 showing quarterly payments of PAYE tax and national insurance due to HM Revenue & Customs
- Quarterly reports will be e-mailed to you, if applicable, as a reminder showing amount of tax and national insurance payable to HM Revenue & Customs.
